This engaging and practical course is designed for adult learners who want to improve their English communication skills through the exploration of global cultures, history, and culinary traditions.
Each session focuses on a different country. Together, we
will:

about its cultural background, historical highlights, and daily
life.
✔️ Discuss
and analyze cultural practices, famous landmarks, and traditional
customs in English.
✔️ Choose
a traditional dish from the featured country, review the ingredients
and cooking procedure in English, and then prepare the dish
together.
✔️ After cooking, we’ll gather to share the meal, reflect on the cooking experience, and exchange thoughts about the country and its cuisine—all in English.
This course creates a warm, interactive environment where adult learners can practice speaking, listening, reading, and vocabulary in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. It’s ideal for those who enjoy hands-on learning, are curious about world cultures, and want to build real-world language skills that go beyond the classroom.
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
Use topic-specific vocabulary related to food, culture, and geography.
Follow and give instructions (recipes, procedures) in English.
Ask and answer questions about cultural traditions, dishes, and historical events.
Describe ingredients, cooking steps, and national customs using complete sentences.
