  • ๐Ÿ’ป Exploring Computer Science & Coding

From Beginner to Advanced โ€“ Tailored for Every Learner

    I.                    Digital Literacy Fundamentals

    ๐Ÿ“˜ Course Description:

This comprehensive course offers a step-by-step journey into the world of computer science and programming, tailored to meet the needs of students of different ages and experience levels. Students will be introduced to how computers work, how code communicates with machines, and how to write basic code using popular programming languages. Students start with foundational concepts and gradually move toward intermediate and advanced programming, depending on their age and ability.

    ๐Ÿ’ก Tools & Languages Used:

    • ๐Ÿงฉ Scratch & Block-based coding โ€“ Ideal for kids and younger learners.
    • ๐Ÿ Python โ€“ Suitable for older students or those with prior experience

Through guided activities, visual examples, and structured and practical projects, students will explore how to think computationally, solve problems logically, and begin building confidence using digital tools.

Students also explore modern applications such as

      ๐ŸŽฎ Game design

     ๐ŸŒ Web design

     ๐Ÿ“ฑ App creation

This course is perfect for students who want to learn to code and start thinking like digital creators and problem-solvers.

II. Advanced programming and IT skills:

After completing the Digital Literacy Fundamentals, students advance to more in-depth programming concepts and real-world technology applications.

They will expand their knowledge through focused modules on:

    ๐Ÿ“Œ Web Development โ€“ HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.

๐Ÿ“Œ Mobile App Development โ€“ Swift development for iOS using Xcode, and Building and testing simple apps.

Students will apply their skills through a series of mini projects, culminating in a capstone project that demonstrates their ability to solve problems and create with technology.

    ๐Ÿ•˜ Class Structure & Format
