Student Policy

All students and parents are expected to adhere to these policies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

1. Attendance & Punctuality
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Students should join at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start.
  • If a student cannot operate class tools independently, a parent must be nearby to assist.
  • Students must turn on camera and microphone unless instructed otherwise by the teacher.
  • For classes led by female teachers, no adult male should be present around the student unless notified in advance.
  • Teachers will post homework, notes, and updates on the academy platform. Parents and students are responsible for checking regularly and communicating with teachers.
  • Formal parent-teacher meetings are held twice a year; Quranic Arabic classes will have monthly meetings. Tests are conducted every three months (March, June, September, December).
  • Report any inappropriate behavior to the Academy Director via email or the platform. Investigations will be confidential and appropriately resolved.
  • Illness-related absences:
    • 1st absence: class fee waived or rescheduled (with prior notice).
    • More than one: class missed unless individual session requested (regular fee applies).
    • Other absences: fee must be paid unless informed in advance.
    • Teacher absence: class fee not charged.
  • Parents must inform the academy at least 2 hours in advance if a student will be absent.
  • Respectful behavior is mandatory; students must treat teachers, classmates, and staff kindly.
  • Smartphones are prohibited during class unless explicitly allowed for learning purposes.
Repeated violations of academy rules may result in strict disciplinary action.
2. Homework & Assignments
  • Complete and submit homework by the assigned deadlines on the platform.
  • Tests will evaluate student progress; results will be shared with parents.
  • Students must achieve at least 50% on summative assessments to advance to the next course level.
